Hi Phil I wanted to write to you really but couldn't find an address so I'm afraid its an e-mail and apologies for my rubbish grammar and spelling!!!!! Just to say thank you and the band so much for Saturday night we all really enjoyed it. I know our dentists took a while to get going but once they got up dancing it went ever so well. The whole weekend was a huge success and your band together with the stunning vocal performances enhance this. Thank you once again, if we ever need to book a band again in the future we will certainly be in contact. If anyone needs to speak to us about you in terms of a reference I would be happy to sing your praises!!!!

Hi Phil

As promised, please find attached some photos from the VE Night show yesterday. There are some of the band, and some of the room in general, and of course our Charlie dressed as the Air Patrol Warden. Not bad for a man of 90 years of age!

I can't tell you enough how much eveyone enjoyed the show and the evening, you have all won many fans in St.Helens and I have had numerous requests both last night and today, asking when will you return. I will go through the club diary this week and let you have some dates for possible shows, even the thought of you taking our much coveted Boxing Night show has been muted!

Please thank eveyone in the band from myself and all the people who came to the show for a fabulous performance, and of course, Gaynor and John who won a legion of fans with their great talent. We really thought that the venue and the occasion brought out the best in all of you, and we would love to have you back again this year.

There were members of the local entertainment guide at the show last night, so I will send you any editorials they may publish in the future.

This is Angi,

I would just like to thank you so much for providing the music for Claire and Stevens Wedding. We have had so many complimentary replies as to what a good wedding it was. The young and the old said it was the best wedding they had been to in a number of years and some of that must go to you and your band!!! Claire and Steven were absolutely delighted with your performance as were we.

It definitely was a day to remember and I would like to thank you personally.

I have been meaning to get in contact to say thank you so much for the fantastic performance at our wedding on the 17 May. Ed and I had a wonderful day and the jazz band and particularly the big band really set the whole evening off. We loved the music and we have had so many letters complimenting your collective talents. Thanks too to Kay whose play list was just perfect. You may have noticed that I danced to every piece - not very bride-like, but it was just great.

Lots of luck for the future and look forward to seeing (and hearing) you again soon.

Phil,just a note to thank for a tremendous evening on Saturday last.Regardless of the fundraising we all had a tremendous social evening thanks to the bands efforts.All the people I have spoken were full of praise for the evening and my personal thanks to you and the band members. I suspect we may be in touch again. I do not have a figure of the funds raised but I do know the bar made about £240 and the Tombola a similar amount and we may have a small profit on the ticket sales. Dear Phil, just a short e-mail to say thanks to you and the band for contributing to the success of our fund raising event. Everyone was thrilled with the music. Sandra and I have evaluated the whole evening and without any doubt your band made it special. So how about next March? but in a different venue?
